Our Mission
The mission of Thrive College Ministry is to be a community of students that respond to God’s love in following Jesus Christ: in loving God, loving one another, and loving their campus, surrounding neighborhood communities, and the world.
TCM seeks to introduce students to Christ, equip them through the regular study of God’s Word, provide biblical training to build future church and community leaders, encourage them to passionately live their lives consistent with biblical instruction, and inspire commitment to advancing the purposes of God and furtherance of his kingdom through serving others
As Thrive’s at-risk youth ministry continues to expand, the need for godly, college-aged students to invest in these children grows as well. Over the years, we have seen our impact multiply as our interns are equipped with training and ministry experience at Thrive. Our former interns continue to pursue ministry after serving with us in both secular and faith-based professions. We are humbled by the opportunity to disciple and develop them as leaders.

TCM CAMPING TRIP
April 16-18, 2021
We’re going camping! Don’t worry… this isn’t a backpacking trip (although we will be doing one soon!) Camping beginners are totally welcome!! We will camp, grill out, spend some quality time by the fire, roast s’mores, go on a day hike, and enjoy fellowship together in the great outdoors! Details will be available REAL SOON so stay tuned and check our Instagram page regularly for updates! We hope you’ll join us!
Thrive College Ministry Two-Year Internship
TCM's two-year college internship program is an opportunity for college graduates who are considering full-time ministry. The internship program will provide extensive exposure to college ministry including teaching; leading community groups; planning trips, events, and programs; and engaging in intentional relationships with college students. There is also a reading program for the TCM interns to participate in throughout the internship.
Currently, Thrive is hiring (2) two-year college ministry interns (one male and one female).
The position begins in August 2021 and ends in August 2023.
