All Thrive interns are required to abide by Thrive’s statement of faith and intern commitments. A copy of this document will be available for each intern to sign during training.
Fall 2022 Internship
Thrive After School is the heart of what we do. Students join us for 3 hours of programming every day when school is in session, Monday - Friday. As a fall intern, you can work 2-5 days each week as a classroom teacher, program assistant, kitchen & gardens staff, or communications staff. Interns are hired on a semester basis.
Fall program dates are Monday, August 22nd - Friday, December 9th.
Fall Training Dates: August 18 & 19, 9:00a – 5:00p and August 22, 9a – program start time.

Fall 2022 Kitchen Internship
This internship is for college students who want to serve the ministry in a meaningful, yet behind the scenes way.
Kitchen interns work under the leadership of our Kitchen Director and serve all of our campuses as a team!
Fall 2022 Communications Internship
Do you love photography or videography? Are you passionate about sharing meaningful stories on social media?
Communications interns can use their creative gifting to serve all of our campuses as a team and work under the leadership of our Communications Director.
Full Time Positions
Thrive Residency
An accredited, integrative, 10-month Christian ministry training program for college graduates who sense that God is calling them into pastoral or non-profit leadership. Thrive Residency is from August - May.
